Greetings,

On behalf of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Zeta Xi Omega Chapter, I would like to welcome you to our website. Zeta Xi Omega Chapter is part of the Significant South Atlantic Region serving Augusta, GA and the surrounding areas. We were chartered on March 13, 1955 by 14 extraordinary women who exemplified the epitome of service and sisterhood.

Our chapter of over 300 educated, talented and dedicated women continuously work to implement our 2022 – 2026 International Program under the theme “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood”. This includes six initiatives to include

1. Strengthen our Sisterhood which serves as our “Foundation Initiative” as we strengthen our bonds to support our service mission. The remaining five initiatives serve as our “Program Initiatives” and include.
2. Empower Our Families, which encompasses the Childhood Hunger Initiative Power Pack (CHIPP) and Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) Programs.
3. Build Our Economic Wealth,
4. Enhance Our Environment,
5. Advocate for Social Justice and
6. Uplift Our Community.

The women of Zeta Xi Omega are extremely proud of our chapter and the commitment to serve for over 68 years. We will continue to form community partnerships and build relationships that will positively impact the community we serve.
